Suspend Jockey L. Grubb CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 5. — The Churchill Downs stewards issued the following ruling today: "Jockey L. Grubb is suspended 15 days for rough riding during the stretch run in the ninth race on May 3, and his mount One Up, who was first to reach the finish, is disqualified and placed last."
