Stable Facilities Filled THISTLE DOWN, North Randall, Ohio, t May 7. — Racing secretary L. H. Van Zandt announced this morning that the stable facilities at both Randall Park and Thistle Down are filled to capacity with better than 900 thoroughbreds now on the grounds. The last arrivals checked in this morning, when four cars from Lincoln Downs unloaded a total of 32 heads.
