G. Ray Bryson Seriously III After Heart Attack BALTIMORE, Md., May 7.— G. Ray Bryson, prominent Maryland horse breeder and principal owner of the Bel Air race track, is seriously ill in a Philadelphia hospital, members of his family reported today. The Kingsville, Md., horseman was stricken with a heart attack yesterday while taking in the racing program at Garden State Park. He was immediately taken to the Womens College Hospital where he will be confined for at least a month. Long regarded as an astute horse breeder and buyer, Bryson is also credited with developing Bel Air into one of the best three-quarter mile tracks in this section of the country. He and his wife, Ella K. Bryson, live on the El Ray farm in Kingsville. Bryson has developed many stake horses, and his current "big name runner is the two-year-old Make Swing, who set a world record for fillies this past winter in Florida over the three-furlong course. Make Swing is now at the El Ray farm, -recuperating from a firing operation.
