Sells One and Buys Another WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, HI., June 13. — In two private transactions this morning, Mrs. T. N. Crowley disposed of a horse and a short time later acquired one to fill the vacant stall. Mrs. Crowley sold Top Sergeant to Prank Rubino and William Phillips was immediately appointed as trainer by the new owner. Then Mrs. Crowley purchased Pennwood from C. L. Welch .with the new conditioner being B. C. Kelly.
