Cancel Fairmount Card FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., June 13. — Officials of the Fairmount Park Raceway were forced to cancel tonights program of nine harness races due to heavy rains which visited this area today. Last Fridays card also was canceled, with the Trotting Derby run off Saturday night instead, Rodney taking down both sections.
