Good Luck Wins French Derby PARIS, France, June 13 Reuters. — Claude Victor-Thomas Good Luck, by Goya — Ma Canaille,, won the 2,000 Prix du Jockey Club — the French Derby— from Marcel Boussacs Ambiorix and Baron Edouard de Rothschilds Violoncelle at Chantilly yesterday. Paul Blanc took Good Luck into the lead in the stretch run of the 12-furlong journey and held on well to turn back the late challenge of Ambiorix by a half length. Violoncelle was another two lengths away in the fields of seven. Good Luck paid 187 to 10. •
