Ohio Notes BEULAH PARK Grove City Ohio May May 10 10The The Pink Elephant stable now racing at Beulah Park hereafter will be known as the Top Stable approval having been granted by the Beulah Park stewards J P Conley will continue as trainer The estab ¬ lishment houses Whipall winner of a two mile race here last fall and Burning Torch Jockey Howard Craig will join the Beulah Park riding colony Monday May 19 He is now riding at Toledo which closes Satur ¬ day May 17 An addition to the Beulah Park jockey colony is Charles Burns who formerly rode with considerable success for trainer Henry Forrest Burns has been riding at Sports ¬ mans Park in Chicago and decided to come here after that track was shut down by a horsemens strike Ed Platt Columbus Ohio sportsman today purchased Mill Cat a daughter of Sir Mill from John Heinlein Terms of the transaction were private and Platt turned Mill Cat over to Elmer Albright to train during the Beulah Park meeting
