Hold Services for Daniels Interment to Be in Cincinnati CincinnatiINGLEWOOD INGLEWOOD Calif May 10 A requiem 1 high mass was sung this morning at St i Anselems Roman Catholic Church here 2 for Johnny Daniels who since his youth was connected with the turf in various s capacities and who succumbed to a heart I attack last Wednesday morning at his local residence while making preparations to re ¬ turn to work at Hollywood Park after hav ¬ ing been away for several months because e of ill health Father Gerald M OKeefe e officiated Among those attending the e services were officials of California tracks s and horsemen currently awaiting the in ¬ augural of the local racing season Pallbearers were Wendell Cassidy direc ¬ tor of racing at Hollywood Park trainer Harry Daniels of the William Goetz sta ¬ ble Howard Long trainer for the Owl Stable clocker Dick Swift Hy Schneider of the Los Angeles Examiner and Matt Taylor editor of the Los Angeles edition of DAILY RACING FORM FORMDaniels Daniels widow Mrs Gertrude Bobby Daniels will return the body to Cincinnati Sunday and interment will be in St Josephs Cemetery in that city
