Hold Maryland Yearling Show at Pimlico Thursday ThursdayCharles Charles Kenney Will Be Judge And Speaker at Evening Dinner DinnerPIMUCO PIMUCO Baltimore Md May 10 The eighteenth annual yearling show of the Maryland Horse Breeders Association will be held on the clubhouse lawn at Pimlico on Thursday and according to Humphrey S Finney field secretaryof the association a total of 45 breeders will exhibit some 81 horses horsesCharles Charles A Kenney former manager of the Coldstream Stud will be the judge of the show Among the prominent exhibitors with the number of yearlings they will have on display are Bobanet Farm 4 G Ray Bryson 5 E Taylor Chewning 5 Alan T Clarke 3 Walter A Edgar 2 Arthur Hullcoat 2 Mrs SI M Pis torio 6 Jouett Shouse 3 C E Tuttle 3 and A G Vanderbilt 6 6Well Well known stallions represented in this years show include Discovery Occupy The Rhymer Alaking High Lea Grand Slam Princequillo Rippey Alsab Requested Shut Out Natchez First Fiddle Our Boots War Relic Polynesian and Rosemont RosemontJudging Judging will begin at 10 a m and in addition to Kenneys selections in the various classes there will be an amateur judging contest in which the public may participate and there will be trophies for those making the selections closest to those of the judge judgeOn On Wednesday night preceding the show the annual meeting of the Maryland Horse Breeders Association will be held in the old clubhouse at Pimlico starting at 6 p m with dinner President Walter A Edgar will preside and C Kenney will be the speaker Kenneys subject will be Stud Farm Management
