Stewards Rulings i CHURCHILL DOWNS, Lotrisrille, Ky., May 9. — The stewards posted the following ruling today: "Jockey J. Parsons is suspended 15 days May 11-May 25th, inclusive for rough riding: in the fourth and sixth raees May 6th." SPORTSMANS PARK, Cieero, HI., * May 9. — The stewards issued the fol-lowing* ruling- here today: "Jockey William E. Carroll is fined SI 00 for creating a disturbance in the scale room following the running of the second race of May 7." GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, j N. J., May 9.— The stewards here to- s day issued the following ruling: "Apprentice rider Donald Brumfield is suspended 10 days May 11 through May 20th for careless riding, eighth race, Garden State Park, May 7, 1955." "Trainer H. C. Goff is fined fifty 0 dollars 550.00 for violation of rule J 216* — No horse may be entered for two races on a single day." DUFFERIN PARK, Toronto, Out, May 9. — The stewards issued the following ruling today: "Jockey Ovidio Prasaguet is su- j| spended for five days May 11- 16th in- F elusive for careless riding in the sixth race on Saturday, May 7 when astride Omyboy. He came into the path of Very Light at the first turn." WHEELING DOWNS, Wheeling. W. F Va., May 9. — The stewards issued the F following ruling here Saturday: "Jockey Bernard Hewitt is fined twenty five 5.00 dollars for making a frivolous claim of foul in the seventh race, May 4, while astride Cherry Branch. S "Trainer J. Markey is fined twenty five 5.00 dollars for changing equipment on Our Venture without permission in the sixth race. "Trainer J Markey is fined twenty five 5.00 dollars, for changing equipment on Ripper without permission in the seventh race." "Ida K., which finished first in the I first race May 7, was placed second for interfering with Sweet Cookie in the ■ stretch. Jockey R. Shirey who rode Ida K. is held blameless. The official order of finish follows: First, Sweet Cookie; second, Ida K.; third, Miss M. D.; fourth, Peace Mask. ASCOT PARK, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, May 9. — T he Ascot Park f stewards issued the following ruling c here today: "For causing Swadelle to pull up c sharply going into the upper turn, t Noble Idea, winner of the fourth race j May 7, is disqualified and placed sec- ] ond. The revised order of finish is as follows: Swadelle first, Noble Idea second, Rapid Rickey third, Sir Westen , fourth. j "For interference to Willow Broom, J entering the stretch, in the seventh race May 7, Triple Bee which finished , second is disqualified and placed third.
