F. Vincent Returns to Saddle BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 9. — Apprentice Frank Vincent, who broke a leg when spilled by Drogheda at Hialeah on February 5, returns to action here Tuesday on Edward Potter, Jrs Chervil in the second race. Vincent is a 21 -year-old native of Brooklyn, who has been with the thoroughbreds for almost five years and has ridden a dozen winners in the compartively brief part of that time he has been race riding. Cliff Carter is handling the engagements for the promising lad, who can make 103 pounds.
