saving ground to the stretch responded fairly well when set down for the drive but was unable to seriously threaten the winner BETTER BEE steadily worked way forward under good handling made a game bid in the early stretch but faltered during the last six ¬ teenth mile INDIAN CREEK well placed from the outset moved boldly at the stretch turn but weakened when set down in the drive IRON LIEGE a
