p ANITA PEABODY OUT OF OAKS LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 28.— Trainer Mi-cheii this morning announced that Anita Pea-body, the hading money earner in 1927 and a winner of her only race this year, will not fill her engagement in Saturdays running of the Kentucky Oaks. This rich closing-day feature at Churchill Downs was to have been her first stake engagement as a three-year-old. Adverse track conditions militating against her safe preparation was [the cause for the change in her program, Jlichell stated.
