PDHLICO YEARLING SHOW MarylandBred Youngsters to Be BeExhibited Exhibited in the Infield on onWednesday Wednesday Morning PIMLICO Md May 9 By permission of he Maryland Jockey Club the fourth annual yearling show of thoroughbreds foaled in the state of Maryland will be held in the infield of Pimlico race track Thursday morn ¬ ing at 10 oclock This show is sponsored by the Maryland Breeders Association of which C L A Heiser is chairman and M Nels Bond is honorary secretary Their efforts have received splendid support from the Maryland thoroughbred breeders who have named more than fifty youngsters for the show and parade paradeThere There will be three classes for colts for fillies and the championship class for the best yearling in the show Valuable silver prizes one for the best colt and filly and a third a silver salver for the best indi ¬ vidual of both classes have been donated by the Southern Maryland Agricultural As ¬ sociation Bowie and the Harford County Racing and Agricultural Association Havre j de Grace GraceJudging Judging of the fifty yearlings will be left solely to the well qualified New York trainer James Fitzsimmons who consented to come from Aqueduct to undertake this task
