Leo J. Marks Will Reveals His Admiration for Horses on Farm COLUMBUS. Ohio, June 18.— The admiration that the late Leo J. Marks had j for the thoroughbred horse is revealed in the terms of his will, which was filed here recently. George L. Bagby of Grayson, Ky., and New Tork purchased Marks Le Mar Stock Farm, near Lexington, Ky., and in so doing he was compelled to buy four horses owned i by the estate — Canaan, Misstep, Many Stings and Millie M. The Marks will specified that the "buyer will maintain as long as he directly or indirectly owns this farm the said Misstep, I J Canaan, Many Stings and Millie M., and keep them safely and comfortably as long as they may live."
