First Win for New Stable DETROIT, Mich., June 4.— When Bouncing Boots won the fifth race at the Livonia course last Friday afternoon it marked the, first success for the new stable maintained by Mrs. J. T. Watts, Jr., daughter of Richard Connell, president of the Hazel Park Racing Association. Mrs. Watts has two other horses in training at the local oval under the supervision of F. E.
