Deckers First Mount BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., June 4. — The Edward J. Decker who rode Happy Chap in the opener Friday, is an Orlando, Fla., lad woh turned 16 on November 24, 1954. It was his first mount on a recognized track. He has been riding quarter horses in match races on bull rings in Florida, Louisiana and California for the last four years.
