M0RRISSEY TO SUCCEED MILTON AS STARTER IN CANADA FORT ERIE, Ont., August IS. Sir Montague Allen of Montreal presided over a meeting of the Canadian Racing Associations stewards in the clubhouse this afternoon. Those in attendance were Francis Nelson, W. O. Parmer, W. P. Fraser, W. Northey, H. J. Mclntyre and J. II. Madigin. Announcement was nia.de after the meeting by secretary W. P. Fraser that Harry Morrisscy had been elected to fill the vacancy in the starters stand that will be made when Jaines Milton leaves the" Canadian circuit after the Ottawa meeting to officiate at the barrier at Havre de Grace, Laurel apd Pimlico. It was also announced after the meeting that jockey J. Heupel had been restored to good standing and will be permitted to accept mounts at the coming Windsor meeting". Heupel was indefinitely suspended at Hariiilton for "an unsatisfactory ride on a maiden tw.p-year-old.
