«. — . DECISION FAVORS TURFMAN AKRON, Ohio, June 17.— A judgment of ,500 against the Knickerbocker Warehouse am] Storage Company was given to C. A. Razon. of Montreal, owner of the race horse Tidal Wave, by a jury in common pleas court here yesterday. Razon and jockey P. Prible were witnesses for the plaintiff. They testified that on September 30, 1924, the defendant company in transporting Tidal Wave from Northampton to Brooklyn Park. Cleveland, used a truck in which boards of the floor broke, causing a fracture of the horses leg and necessitating its being destroyed. The jury was out half an hour. Razon had previously collected ,000 insurance which he carried on his plater.
