» . J. J. McCAFFERY PASSES ON NEW YORK, N. Y., June 11.— John J. McCaffrey, well-known in racing and sporting circles as "Reno Jack," died at his home, Campden Road, Scarsdale, N. Y., Sunday, after a long illness. Mr. McCaffrey, who formerly lived in New York City, moved to Scarsdale a few years ago, when he became the proprietor of a news delivery and circulating service for New York newspapers. His widow, Mary Wainwright McCaffrey ; one daughter. Miss Anne Jane, and one son, James, survive. The funeral will be held at the Sarsdale Catholic Church.
