WALLACE PRESIDING JUDGE LEXINGTON, Ky., June 11.— William Don-das, general manager of the Raceland track, here today en route from his home at Covington to Ashland, announced that John S. Wallace will be presiding judge at the fair and race meeting to be held at Raceland July 1 to 6, and that Grover Hughes will be associate judge. Tom Brown will be the starter. Manager Dondas said a large force of men is at work under track superintendent Anthony Foley getting the track and grounds in shape, and that applications for stable room are being received in the offices at the Henry Clay Hotel, Ashland.
