Mr. DainKcrfield said yesterday he had sent no such wire and had not authorized anyone else to send such a wire It waf erroneously stated Tuesday that Laverne Fator. in addition to being suspended by the stewards at Aqueduct had his case reported to the so wards of The Jockey Club. No report was made to the stewards, thouprt If an investigation merits such action it will be taken.
