V — UNFAVORABLE WEATHER TORONTO, Ont.. June 19— The first unfavorable weather of the meeting at Dufferin Park was experienced this afternoon, early showers slowing up the track slightly. The aspect was threatening throughout the running of the first five races, but this did not deter a good crowd from turning out. The program was about the most ordinary of the meeting, there being no feature. The fifth lace, over six and a half furlongs, brought out about the best band of starters, six answering the call. W. J. Owens Voyage, winner of his previous start, came back with another brilliant effort to take the purse from George Foleys Arlita, the latter being a length and a half to the good of Laftar for the place award.
