S ILLINOIS TURF MEETING The license committee of the Illinois Turf Association, consisting of Charles F. Price, representing Lincoln Fields; Roy Carruthers, Arlington Park ; C. W. Hay, Washington Park ; J. A. Murphy, Hawthorne; Martin Nathanson, Aurora, and J. T. Ireland, Fairmount Park, will meet today here in Chicago to consider applications from trainers, jockeys and others for the Illinois racing season of 1030. It is exepeeted that a number of important announcements will be made, some predicting they will be even more sensational than the recent -disclosures in Kentucky. . j -S S
