f LEXINGTON TURF NOTES k LEXINGTON, Ky., April 22. J. B. Campbell, well known racing official, was a visitor for the day. He stopped off on his way from his home in New Orleans to Baltimore. Additional licenses granted by stewards Bradley arid Graddy during the day included papers for jockey Frank Clelland and trainer B. Floyd Arnold. Harry S. Hart reported that No Regrets foaled a bay filly by Chilhowee at Tollie Youngs farm. Hot Time and two other horses, the property of the Warm Stable, were vanned from Churchill Downs and turned over to trainer Walter Taylor. Prominent among visitors at the local track this afternoon were Mr. and Mrs. Charles T. Fisher and a party of friends, all of Detroit. They have been at Mr. Fishers Dixiana Fai-m for the past several days and it is expected they will remain in Kentucky until next week. C. W. Hay left last night for Chicago, where he will attend the meeting tomorrow of the Illinois Turf Association. He is returning to his Scotland Farm on Saturday. Phil Reuter today sold to James. Moran, brother of T. J. Moran, who has several horses in the Reuter stable, the racers Golden Trail and Lillian Reuter. They are running out at J. S. Wiggins Military Stock Farm, but will be returned to training ten days hence. Mr Moran is- a native of St Louis and he expects to add to his stable, from time to time. Lloyd Gentry, trainer of the H. C. Hatch stable, -is -anxious to ascertain: .the- whereabouts of Albert Mott, former jockey. Gentry makes his home at 501 Central Avenue, Louisville, Ky. Apprentice R. Canton, under contract to J. C. Ferris, but here with the stable of Charles W. Bidwill, was granted a license. His application was held up pending filing of a copy of his contract. Jockey L. Pichon has been engaged to ride J. B. Respess Busy in the Kentucky Derby. Pichon. was astride the son of Busy Amerjcan cWhen he Avon his initial start of the season last Saturday.
