G. W. FOREMAN STABLE PLANS BALTIMORE, Md., April 22. G. W. Foreman announced that his plans were to race his stable on the Kentucky and Illinois tracks this summer. During August he will ship to Saratoga and then back to Maryland for a fall campaign. This will be the first year in some time that the Foreman colors will not be seen in "action on the Canadian tracks.
