Edward Bren-nan, who acts as racing secretary and manager at the Hagerstown meeting, reports that many of those who have made applications for stalls will have to be turned down, as stabling accommodations are limited. The meeting at Hagerstown, which will run for five days, is scheduled to begin May 27.
