! SUFFER FROM BUCKED SHINS BALTIMORE, Md., May 2. Jerry Murphy, who has a big band of two-year-olds at Benning for Frederick J. Hughes, reports that all of the youngsters are bucked. This, of course, means that they will have to be let up on temporarily and Murphy has decided that he will give them plenty of time and no attempt will be made to have them ready for the races before midsummer. These youngsters will do most of their racing at the fall meetings in Maryland. Mr. Hughes has one of the finest stock farms in Maryland. His estate comprises 2,200 acres and is located in Montgomery County. There are some twenty-five brood mares on the place, many of them being imported from England.
