MUST START FROM STALLS AURORA, 111., May 2. The following notice was posted on the board in the secretarys office Thursday: The stewards give notice that after this dale a horse, which will not start from the stall gate and is sent outside the stalls by the starter, will be refused the privilege of racing until the stewards and the starter are satisfied that the horse is properly schooled to the gate. When a horse is sent outside the stalls by the starter the starter has been instructed to start such horse a sufficient distance behind the field to equalize the start for the horses standing in the stalls.
