SOL B. JOEL DIES NEWMARKET, England, May 22.— Sol B. Joel, well known financier and race horse owner, died today. Some estimates placed Joels fortune as high as 00,000,000. He won the Epsom Derby in 1915 with Pommern when the race was run at Newmarket instead of at Epsom Downs. Khyber Pass is his entry in this years Derby. Under the new rules the entry stands despite the owners death.
