PLAN INDOOR TRAINING BARN LATONIA, Ky., June 5.— When the Nash Brothers take over the Shandon Farm, which they named the Valley Lake, on August 1, there will be several improvements, one of which will be a new training barn housing an inside training track. In the event the Chicago contractors see fit to send horses to winter racing, the young stock as well as those retired for the cold season will be tried out at the farm and prepared under cover. An inspection of the big training barn at Cumberland Park, near Nashville, Tenn., gave the Chicagoans the idea of the enclosed structure.
