| BELMONT PARK TURF NOTES I $ 9 NEW YORK, N. Y., June 6. G. H. "Pete" Bostwick was elected a member of the National Steeplechase and Hunts Association at a recent meeting. Cliff Moseir was an arrival from Miami. He said that not since Armistice Day was there so much joy in Florida as that shown when news was received that the race bill had been passed over Governor Carltons veto. A. C. Bostwicks Scuttle had a useful trial for her engagement in the Coaching Club American Oaks this morning at Belmont Park. The daughter of Whiskaway— Sea Tale was sent along for a mile and a quarter in 2:10 and it was a fine performance. The fractions for the move were :25%, 1:17 and 1:43 M;. Jack B. Campbell, well known racing official, came down from Hartford, Conn., for the running of the Suburban Handicap.
