? WASHINGTON PARK NOTES ! ยง . $ HOMEWOOD, 111., June 20. The horses of J. N. Crofton will be shipped to Agua Caliente on Monday to take part in the summer meeting at that track. Others that will go in the same car are Ted Healey and Forebec, from the stable of L. T. Whitehill. The horses belonging to J. B. McGinn will be picked up at Kansas City. Mr. and Mrs. O. Halvorsen had as their guests for the Derby Mr. and Mrs. S. F. Kiesling of Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Mayer of Gary, Ind.; Mrs. Arthur Klein of Berwyn, 111., and Mr. and Mrs. J. Bainton. Mr. Hal-vorsens colors are scheduled to make their first appearance on the turf within a short time. He purchased the two-year-old Zina a few days ago and plans to acquire several more horses.
