GREAT ADMIRER OP PHAR LAP AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, Jan. 23 Alan S. Agnew, chief steward of the Pacific Steamship Company, was a visitor in the judges stand during the running of the third race. Mr. Agnew, an Australian, has seen Phar Lap in action many times and predicts a victory for the "red horse" in the Agua Caliente Handicap.
