MUST BE ALL THOROUGHBRED NEW YORK, N. Y., Jan. 23. The stewards of The Jockey Club, January 14, 1932, passed the following resolution: That on and after November 1, 1932, The Jockey Club will cease to enroll or register, for; racing purposes or for any purpose whatever, any horses which are not strictly thoroughbred in all points in their pedigrees.
