FAIR GROUNDS MUTUELS NEW ORLEANS, La., Jan. 23 Dollar mu-tuel tickets or certificates will be sold in both the main ring and field enclosure at the Fair Grounds throughout the meeting opening Monday, according to announcement by Col. John P. Sullivan, chairman of the board. Two weeks ago it was announced that dollar tickets would be sold only in the field stand and the change whereby patrons of the general enclosure will share this accommodation was decided upon only a few days ago, Colonel Sullivan said. The "daily double" or two-horse combination is another betting feature to be offered Fair Grounds patrons for the first time this winter. Combination tickets at each will be sold in the main ring and tickets at will be available to patrons of the field stands.
