BAD GUESS outran the others from the start, drew into a safe lead, saved ground and had speed to spare. INDIAZEN, close up from the start, responded to urging and outlasted BARSTON at the end. The latter moved up gamely on the inside in the stretch, but was in close quarters at the end. KESWICK finished well. GOLDEN TITLE began slowly. CUBAN PETE raced well at times. BILLYCOO moved into command after the start, was rated along steadily, saved ground and held on well under urging to the end. PRINCESITA dropped back after the start, worked her way up on the outside and finished with a rush. YUMURI saved ground entering the stretch and had no mishaps. SUN GLASS II. tired at the end in close quarters. F. E. COMPTON had no excuses and quit under urging. The others were outrun. The latter came through on the inside entering the stretch, disposed of the leaders and drew away, but was not good enough. FLO ONEILL was impeded on the first turn by CHESTER, worked her way up steadily on the outside and finished well. SPECTRE saved ground on the "turns and finished well. MY IDEAL, a factor throughout, tired. NETIE PEBBLES quit. SKIBO was outrun. CHESTER crossed over sharply near the first turn, then quit in the stretch. Scratched 68038 Col. Bob, 113. EASTER BOY, rated along under steady restraint, raced OLD TUCK into defeat, then held on well. CLARE BEE, close up throughout, came again at the end. POPCORN moved up resolutely on the outside on the far turn and finished well. OLD TUCK had no excuses, LETALONE began slowly. Overweight Clare Bee, 4 pounds.
