TANFORANS GREAT SUCCESS Distributes 52,580 During Winter Meeting of Fifty Days. : . Reichert Bros. Head List of Money Winning Owners My Dandy Earns Most Among Horses. The Pacific Coast Breeders Association staged probably the most successful of the winter meetings at Tanforan, beginning November 2 and ending on January 2. This was a period of fifty racing days and during that time three hundred and fifty races were decided. The total distribution in money amounted to 52,580, a daily average of ,051.60. The brilliant My Dandy, star Reichert Bros, racer, earned the greatest sum among the horses, adding 4,225 to his total earnings, putting him among the winners of 00,000 and more. Seths Hope was second with earnings of ,800 and Bahamas third with ,075. W. C. and E. W. Reichert fared best among the owners who raced their horses at the track, leading the money winning owners with winnings of 8,150. J. A. Parsons horses won five races, finished second and third in numerous others and were credited with 3,475. A. A. Baroni topped Parsons with 4,775, while J. D. Mikel and the Northway Stables string earned above the 0,000 mark. J. D. Mikel saddled eighteen winners to head the training brigade. E. L. Fitzgerald, who prepares the Northway Stable racers, saddled nine, but A. A. Baroni and H. W. Hartman did still belter with ten each. L. Arnold led the jockeys with forty-two winning mounts and a percentage of .20. D. Porter was second with thirty-nine winners, but his percentage was only .16.
