NUHAT S SENSATIONAL WOEK AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, Jan. 27. The most sensational trial ever seen on the Agua Caliente course was turned in Tuesday by the crack filly Nuhat, star of the Coburn string, when she worked three-eighths of a mile in :3i. With 135 pounds on her back, and jockey Steve ODonnell in the saddle, she covered the first eighth in :10, the quarter in :22 flat, and was pulled up three furlongs in :3i4A. "Its the fastest work I ever timed on a two-year-old," declared head clocker Sam Sanders. His son, Russell, and Bert Yoeman, other members of the clocking staff, agreed with the opinion. Nuhat is preparing for the Senorita Stakes and the Agua Caliente Futurity. She had a slight case of buck shins, but quickly recovered. She will be seen under colors some time this week.
