t FAIR GROUNDS TURF NOTES -4 W. T. Waggoner, millionaire oil magnate of Texas and owner of the Three Ds Stock Farm Stable, arrived Monday morning. Mose Cossman will make the riding engagements of James Smith and apprentice M. Craig during the Fair Grounds meeting. W. Renn will handle W. Robertsons book and T. P. Martins engagements will be made by Andy Robertson. All horses twice placed on the outside of the Bradley-Stewart gates at starts will be barred for the remainder of the meeting. Jockey Pat Remillard, recently married, and his bride, the former Miss Ida Norton of North Dakota, returned from a short honeymoon along the Gulf Coast.
