RULINGS AT AGUA CALIENTE AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, Feb. 1 The following notice was posted on the bulletin board in the secretarys office at the Agua Caliente race track: "For improper practices, A. F. Pecklo is denied admittance to the premises of the Agua Caliente Jockey Club. "The license of trainer James Cunningham is revoked and he is denied admittance to the premises of the Agua Caliente Jockey Club. "The license of jockey E. Goodrich is suspended.
