LTH0MAS UNDER SUSPENSION NEW ORLEANS, La., Feb. 1. Jockey Harold Thomas was suspended for fifteen days for striking Lucky Tom with his whip during the running of Saturdays sixth race, which Thomas rode Camp Douglas.
