NAME TWENTY-SIX FOR DERBY Agua Caliente Three-Year-Old Feature Attracts Crack Band of Three-Year-Olds. AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, Feb. 1. Nominations for the third renewal of the Agua Caliente Derby, which is to be run on Sunday, March 6, have been released by racing secretary Francis Dunne. Twenty-six are named. The distance, as last year, when the event was won by Up, will be one and one-sixteenth miles. The first Derby at the new course was won by Raoul Walshs Greyola, which died very shortly after the running of the race. There is ,000 added by the Jockey Club for this seasons race. The full conditions of the race are: For three-year-olds foals of 1929, by subscription of 5 each; 5 additional to start, with ,000 added, of which ,250 and all entrance and starting fees to the winner; ,000 to second, 00 to third and 50 to fourth, 122 pounds. Winners of 0,000 in 1932, four pounds extra. Non-winners of two races of ,000 or one of ,500 allowed four pounds; ,500, seven pounds; maidens, twelve pounds. Starters to be named through the entry box the day before the race by 10:30 a. m., one mile and a sixteenth. Because of the week layoff, the closing of nominations was moved up to January 11.
