NORMAN ROSS PUBLICITY MAN E. J. OHara, president of the National Jockey Club and general manager of Sportsmans Park, which will open on May 2, has announced the appointment of Norman Ross, former worlds champion swimmer and newspaperman, as public relations representative for this latest addition to Chicagos great racing plants.
