RENAISSANCE forced the pace from the start, disposed of DUNNY BOY when ready, drew away and f won with speed to spare SEMAPHORE, a factor throughout, responded gamely in the stretch and held on 1 well. PLAYFOLE, outrun early, went wide entering the stretch and closed a gap. PORTAM, close up all the way, had no mishaps. ACTION was outrun after starting quickly. HATBROOM. under restraint for the first turn of the field, moved up resolutrly, then tired. TEQUILA jumped well. The boy Finished with a broken stirrup. KILKENNY II. was outrun. The rider lost a stirrup iron nearing the second last fence. THE AWAKENING fell at the sixth fence and BLANTON pulled up after the fifth fence. Scratched— 708182 Bagatelle, 135.
