Cromwell that he scored a double Wednesday with the two-year-old Madame Angot and the three-year-old Masked Parade. Ryan, whose home is in Chicago, has for the last several years been making annual visits abroad. Last fall he attended the yearling sales and bought sev-on eral horses for low. prices. He turned them over to Jim Winkfield, noted Lexington negro jockey of years ago, who made good in the saddle in Russia and France and now is a successful trainer in France. The Ryan horses have been winning consistently, but this is the first double they have scored.
