Won easily; second and third driving. SWIFT AND TRUE, much the best and away well, was under strong restraint for three-eighths, drew into command, on the stretch turn and won easily. LIGHT EAGLE, away slowly and far back for three-eighths, worked her way up on the outside and closed boldly. LOUIE DEAR began slowly, moved up with a rush and tired near the end. CLASBYS CHOICE, a factor throughout, tired in the drive. STORM ANGEL lost ground. PRINCEFEATHER raced green. HEAVY SUGAR quit. GOODTIME BOY showed early speed, then quit badly. AROUSE, away fast but outrun early, saved ground on the stretch turn, responded resolutely when shaken up in the final three-sixteenths, cama through on the inside in the last sixteenth and won drawing away. HERNANDO, close up from the start, lost much ground on the stretch turn and, racing wide thereafter, held on gamely under urging. RIDGE WISE sprinted into a long lead, maintained good speed to the final eighth and bore out when tiring. SWEEPRUSH, placed on the outside at the start, showed speed, but tired slightly. MINOT, a factor throughout, had to lose ground, but held on gamely. QUICKAWAY, taken into the lead, saved ground after a quarter and tired in the final eighth. LEDFORD had no mishaps. SURELY could not reach the leaders. HONEY HUNTER showed speed for three-eighths. DOMINANT MISS went around BILLIES ORPHAN fast on the stretch turn and, drawing into a good lead, tired. DREAMY BELLE, probably best but away poorly, improved her position and closed fastest of all. BILLIES ORPHAN showed speed, but met interference when DOMINANT MISS bore over entering the stretch and was bearing out near the end. BAGGAGE MISS had no mishaps. Overweight Elmira, 2 pounds. RIDGEVIEW was taken back, then quickly disposed of PLAYTIME after three-quarters and closed gamely. SURF BOARD, allowed to drop out of it, raced wide, but moved up entering the stretch, then tired.
