TWO SUSPENSIONS AT HAVRE HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., Sept. 28. Jockey R. "Skeets" Holland has been suspended for the remainder of the meeting and his case referred to the Maryland Racing Commission for such action as they deem fit. Ex-jockey O. Diamond is denied the privilege of the grounds of the Harford Agricultural and Breeders Association for the remainder of the meeting and his case referred to the Maryland Racing Commission for such action as they deem fit.
