1 FAIRM0UNT TURF NOTES e There are 670 horses quartered at Fair-mount Park and, according to R. A. Leigh, who allots the stalls, every available one is taken. With 141 licensed trainers, there are almost five horses to each trainer. Julius Reeder, racing secretary, received word from R. S. Shelley, racing secretary at Sportsmans Park, that horsemen now racing at Fairmount Park could remain here until the end of the meeting and that he would hold their stalls at the Cicero track until their arrival. B. K. Scheid arrived from Riverside Park with Coin Collector, My Joanne and Bright Spangle. John Nazwood brought Porternesia, Jesso, Lang and Houghtons Alibi from the same point. H. Cowgill unloaded Flying Ace, Motor Park and Satin Princess. W. Bloss had Foreign Relations, Stratisfone and Miss Upset in the same van- which came from Kansas City. J. Russell is training Don Caesar and Lorraine S., and A. W. Christenson has Westys Broom, Well Heeled, Princess Caro-lyne and Crack Play, which they brought here from Kansas City.
