ASSIGN SPORTSMANS STALLS CRETE, 111., Sept. 28 Assignment of stalls under the direction -of Robert Shelley, for the fall meeting of the National Jockey" Club at Sportsmans Park is well under way with every indication of both quality and quantity in horses for the nineteen days of racing. Applications for stalls have been received from the following: George Collins, E. Denemark, R. F. Coppage, O. L. Fos- ter, W. F. Knebelkamp, E. McCuan, J. B. Theall, W. C. Weant, O. Bagley, B. Bagley, W. F. Henfling, J. Klucina, Frank Krasa, J. D. Mikel, Rainbow Stock Farm, E. J. OConnell, M. Simmons, T. Devereaux, E. E. Major, W. E. Jones, A. J. Plack and W. J. Potter among others. C. F. Phillips was an arrival with the two-year-old Untimely. He plans to remain here for the Sportsmans Park meet.
